Opening The Heart

This is my description of what it was like to be a participant at my first Opening The Heart workshop. Vivid, descriptive, no-holds barred - what it was like to be there. Someone has called it "a four cry experience'". I think that was meant as a compliment. This is a pamphlet. It is about twenty-five pages. It is the best written description there is of an Opening The Heart workshop. It is also one chapter in A Rememberance: Spring Hill and Opening the Heart.
